Refund policy

At Bee Classy, we take pride in offering premium watches and sunglasses crafted with care. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to make your shopping experience smooth and trustworthy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, warranty cards, and accessories must be intact
  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers
  • Customized or engraved products
  • Products damaged due to misuse, water exposure (beyond stated resistance), or negligence
  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (different from what you ordered)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos of:

  • The product
  • Outer packaging
  • Invoice label

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Mention your Order ID and reason for return
  3. Our team will review your request and share return instructions

Once approved, the product must be shipped back to us within 5 days.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after successful inspection of the returned product
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time: 7–10 business days
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

6. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace a product, please return it (if eligible) and place a new order.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible

8. Warranty & Repairs

Warranty coverage (if applicable) is provided as mentioned on the product page.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or water damage beyond specifications are not covered.
