1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original packaging, tags, warranty cards, and accessories must be intact
- The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers
- Customized or engraved products
- Products damaged due to misuse, water exposure (beyond stated resistance), or negligence
- Items returned without original packaging or accessories
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect (different from what you ordered)
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos of:
- The product
- Outer packaging
- Invoice label
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Mention your Order ID and reason for return
- Our team will review your request and share return instructions
Once approved, the product must be shipped back to us within 5 days.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after successful inspection of the returned product
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refund processing time: 7–10 business days
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
6. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace a product, please return it (if eligible) and place a new order.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
8. Warranty & Repairs
Warranty coverage (if applicable) is provided as mentioned on the product page.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or water damage beyond specifications are not covered.
